At Meshki, we want you to be obsessed with your look, so if a piece isn't perfect, you can return it for a store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached and hygiene seals intact.

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Select Your Option
Choose between a size exchange or a store credit, which will be issued as a Meshki digital gift card with no expiration date.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original packaging and use the pre-paid shipping label provided through the portal to drop off your parcel.
Processing and Approval
Once your return is received at our warehouse, please allow 3-5 business days for our team to inspect the quality and issue your credit or exchange.
